For ES1098 ore testwork, the catalogue states a pH reference range of 11.0–11.5.
Controlled preparation
Measure water volume, establish the alkaline condition using the project procedure, mix thoroughly and verify pH before and during testing. When lime is used, do not exceed pH 12.
pH alone does not determine dosage or performance. Mineralogy, reactive metals, particle size, solution chemistry and the selected process must be evaluated together.
