Precious-metal extraction agent

Agent ES1099 — More Efficient, Less costly.

A product for controlled evaluation of selected ore and recycling feeds, supported by representative testing and project-specific technical support.

Controlled leaching conditions

Metallurgical Testing Before Scale-up

The product manual recommends ore-leach pH control in the 11.0–11.5 range and dosage selection based on feed type and representative testing.

Urban Mining

Selected Electronic and Recycling Applications

The current catalogue identifies selected e-waste, automotive-catalyst and solar-panel feeds as material-specific project-evaluation contexts.

Pregnant-solution recovery

Activated Carbon, Zinc Cementation or Electrowinning

The downstream recovery route should be selected from solution grade, target metal, test results and actual project conditions.

About the Product

Operating Conditions Must Be Defined for Each Feed

EcoSafeChem offers a precious-metal recovery portfolio including Agent ES1099 and Agent ES1098 for selected project evaluation. The current Product & Application Overview covers ES1098 and ES1099 with separate document-control boundaries.

Dosage, time, particle size, pH and recovery route must be defined by metallurgical testwork. Catalogue values are starting points for testing and are not guaranteed industrial outcomes.

  • Suitable for evaluation in heap, vat and agitated CIL/CIP circuits
  • ES1098 ore-test reference: pH 11.0–11.5; do not exceed pH 12 when using lime
  • Light-grey to light-brown granules or powder
  • Protective gloves, clothing and eye/face protection required

Project Execution Model

Four Steps to Reduce Scale-up Risk

Feed Data Collection

Assays, mineralogy, grade, particle size and processing history are collected.

Test Programme Design

Agent concentration, pH, time, particle size and economic success criteria are defined.

Monitoring & Optimisation

Titration concentration, recovery, consumption and interfering-element behaviour are reviewed.

Technical Proposal & Supply

An operating range, recovery route, supply plan and HSE requirements are proposed.

Reference Data

Guidance Figures, Not Guaranteed Outcomes

The figures below are catalogue reference starting points and must be confirmed by project testwork.

11.0–11.5Recommended ore-leach pH range
0.5–1.5kg/t water guidance for many common ores at 3–8 g/t
2–5kg/t water starting range for sulphide-dominant ES1098 test feeds
≤ 12Maximum stated pH when lime is used in ES1098 solution preparation
